The 29-year-old also noted she wanted her fans to learn from her own mistakes.

“People out there need to know that it’s important to work on your breathing and your core techniques while you’re working out, versus lifting heavy weights and just going through the motions,” Brittany said. “It starts with the inside, especially once you’ve had kids. That’s really big for me nowadays, I’ve learned my lesson.”

“I want women to feel empowered to always be yourself,” she explained, “love yourself and feel confident in whatever you do.”

And Patrick has continued to admire Brittany’s outlook on life. Same graf “She was an athlete growing up,” he explained to E! News in July. “If you played any sports, you know [there are] as many people that enjoy how you play and the effort that you give [as] people that are always going to hate on you. And so she has a good sense of that.”

The couple—who share kids Patrick “Bronze,” 14 months, and Sterling, 2—have been in the spotlight for quite some time but have made even more headlines as of late. After all, Brittany has been joined by Taylor Swift, who dates Travis Kelce, in cheering on their guys on the Chiefs.

But the Mahomes family have made it a point to block the noise and focus on what really matters.

“Enjoy your life every single day and not worry about what everyone thinks,” Patrick explained of Brittany’s approach. “Life’s short.”

The outing comes more than a week after Taylor and Brittany were seen cementing their friendship with a cute handshake—complete with a hip bump—during a Kansas City Chiefs game. On Oct. 22, the two were seen cheering on Taylor’s flame Travis Kelce and Brittany’s husband Patrick Mahomes—with whom she shares kids Sterling, 2, and Bronze, 9 months—Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City, Mo.

Later, Patrick joked that he and Travis needed to up their game in their yearslong friendship after seeing how their significant others have struck up a close bond in recent months.

“I need to talk to Travis because me and Travis don’t even have a handshake yet. So I mean, they’re ahead of the game on us,” the quarterback quipped during an Oct. 23 interview with Kansas City radio show KCSP (610 AM). “So we’re gonna get on the whiteboard, and me and Trav are gonna figure out a handshake so that we can try to one up theirs.”
