Diddy is moving to dismiss a sexual assault lawsuit filed anonymously against him.

In court documents filed on Friday (May 10) and obtained by XXL, Diddy, whose real name is Sean Combs, is seeking to have the lawsuit dismissed based on the expiration of the statute of limitations relevant to the claims made by “Jane Doe.”

The filing argues that the claims fall under The Victims of Gender Motivated Violence Protection Law (VGM) and are time-barred due to the alleged incident occurring in 2003, with the seven-year statute of limitations expiring in 2010.

Furthermore, Diddy denies the allegations made against him in the lawsuit, stating that the accusations have caused significant harm to his reputation and business standing without any evidence being presented.

The lawsuit also mentions Diddy’s denial of similar sexual abuse claims made by three other women and Rodney Jones (aka Lil Rod), all of which he categorically denies.

In the lawsuit filed in December 2023, “Jane Doe” accuses Diddy and former Bad Boy Entertainment President Harve Pierre, along with a third unidentified man, of raping her in 2003 at Daddy’s House, Diddy’s recording studio in Manhattan, when she was 17 years old. The lawsuit alleges that Doe was supplied with drugs and alcohol, becoming intoxicated and unable to fully comprehend or consent to the actions that followed.

Doe claims that while in a compromised state, Diddy and another man sexually assaulted her in the studio’s bathroom, with Diddy allegedly observing another man also assaulting her. Doe states that she begged them to stop, but her pleas were ignored.

Diddy has refuted these claims and is actively seeking to have the lawsuit dismissed based on legal grounds and the denial of the allegations made against him.

American rapper Meek Mill has found himself amid controversy following explosive allegations made in a lawsuit against Diddy. However, the focus shifted as Andrew Tate entered the news, accusing and questioning Meek regarding Diddy’s sexual assault lawsuit filed by Rodney “Lil’ Rod” Jones. The lawsuit hints at potential homosexual relations between Meek Mill and Diddy.

DJ Akademiks also created a video reacting to the case. Meek also hits out at him by tweeting. “I’m from Philly I don’t do coke or freaky ass molly … nobody won’t even offer me coke because I’m that heavy …. No man or watt would ever approach me about gay activity and the whole place don’t get flipped … woke up seeing this on every blog like they know I’m coming! Lol.”

Former 4 times kickboxing world champion and internet personality Andrew Tate also joined the discussion by accusing the rapper and questioning whether Meek Mill and Usher were involved in sexual relations with Diddy. He tweeted: “So P Diddy was having sex with Meek Mill and Usher?”‘

Meek Mill swiftly fired back at Tate, referring to Tate’s own scandal involving charges of human trafficking. He tweeted. “Was you sex trafficking women? Tf wrong wit you Brody.”

Later Andrew Tate defended his inquiries that he was not accusing, he was only asking what others were saying. He tweeted. “I only asked a question because everyone is saying it happened. It’s true or not?” After this tweet, Meek Mill remained quiet and stopped tweeting by ceasing further arguments.

The situation has now escalated on social media, with Andrew Tate questioning the alleged relationships between Diddy, Meek Mill, and Usher. All three stars are involved in this controversy and case, with possibly more names coming out.

However, the controversy continues to spark discussions online, with individuals like Andrew Tate coming out with questions.

Meek Mill is now roped into the latest Diddy lawsuit drama — quite salaciously and carelessly, we might add — and yet, he’s taking the bait and publicly responding with a rant about being straight as an arrow.

The Philly rapper’s been on a wild tweet storm since Wednesday in response to a number of users who were posting memes and jokes after Meek was obliquely referenced in Rodney Jones’ suit against Diddy. The docs don’t name Meek, but very clearly allude to him.
The lawsuit includes a footnote addressing a redacted name, and it describes the identity of that person as “a Philadelphia Rapper who dated Nicki Minaj.”

Long story short … Rodney alleges Diddy once told him he’d slept with big-time male celebs in the music biz, including Meek.
Folks online had a field day with this once the docs were published, and Meek ended up going on the attack … firing off several different tweets to deny he’s gay, or that he was involved in any romantic way with Diddy — as it was recklessly suggested in the wild legal claim.
We’ll let you read Meek’s tweets for yourself — but let’s just say … he goes a little over the top here to hit the point home that he’s not into dudes, and to some, it comes across as a bit homophobic.

Meek uses some fairly graphic and sexual terms to describe how much he’s into women — and while he might think he’s setting the record straight, some are taking his fervent tweetstorm the opposite way.
He also goes after DJ Akademiks here, who’s the one who highlighted Meek was alluded to in the suit — and the 2 of them have been going back and forth nonstop since yesterday.

In any case, it’s all very icky, which is why it’s strange that Meek is so publicly leaning into it.
Other famous people have also been referenced in Rodney’s lawsuit — who were not named — and they’ve kept quiet, refusing to give the allegations any oxygen.

Of course, Diddy himself has utterly denied any and all of Rodney’s claims — and some of them, as we’ve pointed out, are already starting to fall apart at the seams.

Sean “Diddy” Combs is denying allegations of rape and abuse from his ex-girlfriend Cassie, who he dated on-and-off for almost a decade.

On Nov. 16, Cassie—whose legal name is Cassandra Ventura—filed a lawsuit against the rapper in New York, accusing him of physical and sexual abuse throughout their relationship.

“After years in silence and darkness, I am finally ready to tell my story, and to speak up on behalf of myself and for the benefit of other women who face violence and abuse in their relationships,” she said in a statement to NBC News. “With the expiration of New York’s Adult Survivors Act fast approaching, it became clear that this was an opportunity to speak up about the trauma I have experienced and that I will be recovering from for the rest of my life.”

However, an attorney for Diddy, 54, denied the accusations amid her filing. “Mr. Combs vehemently denies these offensive and outrageous allegations,” his lawyer, Ben Brafman, told E! News in a statement. “For the past six months, Mr. Combs has been subjected to Ms. Ventura’s persistent demand of $30 million, under the threat of writing a damaging book about their relationship, which was unequivocally rejected as blatant blackmail. Despite withdrawing her initial threat, Ms. Ventura has now resorted to filing a lawsuit riddled with baseless and outrageous lies, aiming to tarnish Mr. Combs’s reputation and seeking a payday.”

“As a result of the immense trauma Ms. Ventura endured for over a decade with Mr. Combs, she has suffered and continues to suffer from immense emotional distress,” the lawsuit read. “Following her escape from the cycle of abuse and sex trafficking she endured, she struggled with the physical and mental manifestations of her trauma.”

Cassie is suing Diddy for sex trafficking, battery, sexual assault and subjecting her to a hostile work environment.

The “Long Way 2 Go” singer is seeking damages for mental pain and anguish, severe emotional distress as well as lost wages.

“To rebuild her life and her career, Ms. Ventura needed to completely reinvent herself,” Cassie’s lawsuit read. “She checked herself into inpatient treatment at a rehabilitation center, where she first confronted the extent of the trauma she lives with. She has required intensive therapy and other medical care to recover from Mr. Combs’s abuse, and she will forever live with the physical and psychological repercussions of the over a decade of violence, fear, and exploitation she endured.”
